EISENHARDT produces copper, brass and aluminium ingots / bars melted from our own metals scraps.
COPPER BARS
We produce high purity copper ingots / bars with >99,9% Cu content obtained from our barley, berry and candy. Classification pre-melting is done by spectro analysis.
EISENHARDT melts and refines pure copper ingots produced with our electric furnace. Shiny and polished finished. The copper content is 99,99% as determined by electrolytic assay. Copper is obtained raw by concentration, roasting and melting in electric furnaces. This metal is purified to 99.99% by refining, by means of fusion in a reverberatory furnace with additives that form slags with iron and nickel. Then the existing copper (I) oxide is reduced with carbon. Subsequently, the electrolytic refining is carried out.
BRASS BARS
We produce 3 qualities of brass ingots / bars with >60, >70 and >78% Cu content obtained from our honey and ebony.
Classification pre-melting is done by spectro analysis.
ALUMINIUM BARS
We produce clean aluminium ingots / bars with >90% Al content obtained from our taldon, talon, taint tabor and tata.
Classification pre-melting is done by spectro analysis.
